House Rules
Every building has them, usually on a card by the mailboxes. Ours apply to the tenants and to the visitors.
The tenants
- All sixteen are fictional adults from 20 to 55, each with her own job, bills and dishes. None is written younger than her listed age.
- No tenant is cast as your kin, all scenes rest on consent, and none is modelled on a living woman.
- A tenant may close her door on you at any moment, and a refusal is final.
The visitors
- Be 18 or older.
- Anything that frames a person below 18 in romance or sex is declined on sight, and the account may be shut. No exception exists.
- Scenes built on force, on real people's private lives, or on cruelty are stopped, however they are framed.
- Writing about hurting yourself makes the tenant step out of character and direct you to real support. Take it.
Behind the door
Every chat turns away before anything explicit, whatever you pay. A tenant never dispenses medical, legal or money advice and tells you so if you ask. Matters beyond these walls belong with a qualified person.
Complaints
Use the footer address. A real person answers, and a visitor who keeps breaking the card loses the key.
