Tenancy Terms
The small print, short on purpose. Coming up the stairs means you accept it.
Who may move in
Adults only, meaning 18 or older and of legal age in your home country. Looking after the account and password is on you.
What you get
Pure entertainment: talk with invented neighbours produced by an AI model. A tenant's words are not fact and not advice of any sort, and she may be wrong, deliberately so about the building.
Rent and refunds
The Long lease is prepaid in USDT and covers a fixed stretch of days; it never renews unprompted. Payments stand. No refund applies, except where law requires it of us. Pay the wrong sum or use the wrong chain and the transfer may be gone; we cannot fetch it back.
House conduct
Breaking the hallway code or the law, dodging the chat's limits, harvesting or mirroring the site, reselling a key. Any of it can see an account suspended or closed.
What you write
What you write is still yours. Sending it lets us keep it and use it for the chat to work safely, and automated screening reads messages to enforce the code.
Renovations and demolition
The site may change in part, pause, or close. Changes that touch you appear in the building notes the same day. The law of the operator's home country governs these terms.
