Ask the Super
Practical questions, answered by the person who has the keys, in the order tenants usually ask them.
Do I need to sign a lease first?
No. Confirm your age, choose a door, knock. Guests may send 10 messages, and the visit travels with you if you move in later.
What does the Knock button do?
Her chat opens with her notice or first words already in place, plus a short line from you as your opening message, and the tap counts as one message. For none of that, press the plain button on her nameplate.
Trial month, Short stay and Long lease
Every door is open to a new tenant for 3 days. After that comes the Short stay, with 10 knocks a day, counted on the UTC calendar, on the first 3 doors you tried. On the Long lease a stretch of 30 days is $15 and 365 days is $99; the count disappears. The lease page has your position.
How is the rent paid?
Rent goes by USDT over TRON (TRC-20). The pay-rent page prints a wallet and a precise amount; match both. The lease lengthens roughly a minute afterwards. A wrong amount or chain cannot be reversed.
How far does a visit go?
Teasing, confiding and flirting, then the scene turns from the bedroom. The restriction is the site's own and does not move with the plan; the tenant steers that way herself.
Something is broken. Who do I tell?
Write to the footer address and the super reads it personally.
